We’re elevating the concept of a traditional pizzeria. At SLYCE coal fired pizza company, we have curated a best-in-class menu and deliver a distinctive dining experience guests can expect and enjoy every time.
Staying true to the art of coal-fired pizza, we mix and ferment our dough daily and stretch it by hand. Each pie is cooked at 800+ degrees—just long enough to produce that classically crisp, leopard-spotted crust with a soft and chewy interior.
We don’t believe in premade, mass-produced food or in making compromises. For every ingredient that comes into the SLYCE kitchen, we insist on freshness and the finest quality—sourcing from local growers, producers, and specialty farms whenever possible.
In addition to our elevated pizzas, you can delight in the other mouth-watering choices on our menu. Nonna’s meatballs, lemon basil wings, generous sandwiches, and more—are all made from scratch in the SLYCE kitchen every day.
